Our Serendipitous colorways are non-repeatable and come about when I decide to have some “play time” in the studio! This time, I played with colorblock gradients!
Serendipitous Gradient #4 features ten color segments – five are a progression of black to light gray, and each of these are alternated with five brights in Electric Purple, Aqua Shock, Bright Orange, Toxic Green, and Fuchsia. All segments are roughly the same yardage, though the first and last segments may vary slightly from the others.
Serendipitous Gradient #4 is available on the following bases:
Sunshine – light fingering, 100% SW Merino, 490 yards per 100-gram skein (pictured top right)
Ridgetop Fingering – fingering, non-superwash, 80/20 Romney/Falkland, 400 yards per 100-gram skein (pictured bottom left)
Recommended care:
Sunshine – This is a superwash wool and can be machine washed, however we recommend hand washing in cool water and then air dry flat.
Ridgetop – This is a non-superwash wool. Handwash cool, minimal agitation. Lay flat to dry. This yarn will felt.
All of our yarns and fibers are individually hand-dyed using professional grade acid dyes. Colorway names are consistent between yarns/fibers dyed with the same dye colors, however color can (and likely will) vary between skeins and between different bases.
We make every effort to assure the colors in our photos are as accurate as possible, but please note that colors can vary from monitor to monitor.
