Black-Capped Chickadee is a colorway from our 2021 Backyard Birdwatchers Club, and now it’s making its general shop debut!
Inspired by the colors of these adorable little birds, this colorway features four stripes of Soft Black, Plain Vanilla, Graphite, and Sand. The sample in the first image was knit from our Mountain Tweed BFL base and is shown with a skein each of Bounce and Bedazzled. The second image is an inspiration photo of the Black-Capped Chickadee.

Recommended care: Though these are superwash wools and can be machine washed, we recommend hand washing in cool water and then air drying flat.
All of our yarns and fibers are individually hand-dyed using professional grade acid dyes. Because of their hand-dyed nature, colorways can (and likely will) vary somewhat between skeins, between different bases, and between dye batches. If you are purchasing more than one skein of the same colorway to be used together in a project, please leave a note with your order letting us know so we can assure your skeins are from the same batch.
We make every effort to assure the colors in our photos are as accurate as possible, but please note that colors can vary from monitor to monitor.
