Keep On Going was an exclusive skein created as a reward for those who had met all of the criteria of the 2020 FDW Monthly Makes program. This is its debut into the shop at large!
2020 was, as we all know, a rather rough year. I designed Keep On Going as a reflection of how life may be gray for a while, but we must keep on going in order to get to the light again. Life is cyclical, and so is this striping pattern, as its six stripes of gray, gray-blue, light gray-blue, pale green, pale yellow, and white cycle back and forth from dark to light and back again. The sample was knit in our Bedazzled base with the full skeins shown in Bounce and Mountain Tweed BFL.
Keep On Going is available on the following bases:
Bounce – fingering, 80/20 SW Merino/Nylon, 400 yards per 100-gram skein
Bedazzled – fingering, 75/20/5 SW Merino/Nylon/Silver Stellina, 438 yards per 100-gram skein
Bronzed Sparkle – fingering, 70/20/10 SW Merino/Nylon/Bronze Stellina, 438 yards per 100-gram skein
Mountain Tweed BFL – fingering, 85/15 SW BFL/Donegal Nep (nylon), 438 yards per100-gram skein
Traveler – sport, 80/20 SW Merino/Nylon, 328 yards per 100-gram skein
Recommended care: Though these are superwash wools and can be machine washed, we recommend hand washing in cool water and then air dry flat.
All of our yarns and fibers are individually hand-dyed using professional grade acid dyes. Colorway names are consistent between yarns/fibers dyed with the same dye colors, however color can (and likely will) vary between skeins and between different bases.
We make every effort to assure the colors in our photos are as accurate as possible, but please note that colors can vary from monitor to monitor.
