Spring has finally sprung here in the mountains, and it’s come with inspiration on the breeze! The idea for Color Play #3 originally began to blossom in last spring, along with our dogwood tree, but the blooms passed before I could get the colorway together. This year, however, I was ready for it. Our beautiful tree blossomed into branches full of delicate shades: dewy ivory petals surrounding soft yellow and green centers, accents of brown, and tiny blushes of mauvey-purple that you can almost miss if you don’t look close enough.
This is listing is for the individual semi-solids colors that make up Color Play #3, shown left to right: Canopy Green, Dappled Yellow, Dew, Blush Mauve, and Loam Brown.

Recommended care: Except for Floof, these are superwash wools and can be machine washed, we recommend hand washing in cool water and then air drying flat. For Floof, being a more delicate luxury base, and we recommend exclusively hand washing in cool water and then air drying flat.
All of our yarns and fibers are individually hand-dyed using professional grade acid dyes. Because of their hand-dyed nature, colorways can (and likely will) vary somewhat between skeins, between different bases, and between dye batches. If you are purchasing more than one skein of the same colorway to be used together in a project, please leave a note with your order letting us know so we can assure your skeins are from the same batch.
We make every effort to assure the colors in our photos are as accurate as possible, but please note that colors can vary from monitor to monitor.
