Tracks in the Snow is inspired by winter morning walks when a fresh blanket of snow covers the ground. You walk the familiar path as frosty shades of blues and purples glisten off of icy silver branches. Turning around, you see your footsteps, leaving tracks in the snow to find your way home again.

Tracks in the Snow features six stripes of Dusty Blue, Lazy Purple, Icy Silver, Frosty Sky, Purple Clouds, and Tree Bark. The sample was knit up on our Traveler base.

With the close of the Pigskin Party just a month away, we have a limited number of skeins of Tracks in the Snow left on the following bases:

Mountain Tweed BFL – fingering, 85/15 SW BFL/Donegal Nepp, 438 yards per 100-gram skein (ready to ship)
Traveler – sport, 80/20 SW Merino/Nylon, 328 yd/100-gm skein (in process)
Strong DK – DK, 75/25 SW Merino/Nylon, 245 yards per 100-gram skein (ready to ship)

Recommended care: Though these are superwash wools and can be machine washed, we recommend hand washing in cool water and then air dry flat.

All of our yarns and fibers are individually hand-dyed using professional grade acid dyes. Colorway names are consistent between yarns/fibers dyed with the same dye colors, however color can (and likely will) vary between skeins and between different bases.
