General Shipping Info

Our top priority is to ship your orders in a timely manner, packed in fashion that your items will arrive neat, clean, and in order. We ship via USPS First Class or Priority. Orders may be insured based on their value.

Most in-stock items ship within three business days from time of order. Beginning in March 2020, due to the COVID pandemic, we have been limiting our number of weekly trips to the post office, thus orders may take a day or two longer than usual to be dispatched.We apologize for any inconvenience, but we hope you will understand this need.

If an in-stock item is ordered along with a pre-order item, all items will be held until the pre-order item is ready to ship. Pre-orders and special order items will ship in 4-6 weeks from time of ordering, unless otherwise noted in the listing.

We currently offer free USPS shipping on orders of $50 or more. This offer is good for single orders of $50 or more. We are unable to accommodate requests to combine multiple orders for the sake of reaching this minimum. Please see the next section for more details on our Multiple Order Consolidation policies.

We use plastic outer and inner packaging for this purpose, as we’ve found it to be most protective when going through the rigors of the postal system, and it is also the most lightweight packaging option, allowing us to keep our shipping prices at a reasonable point.

We appreciate that not all customers appreciate plastic as a packaging of choice. As of now, we have not been able to find more environmentally-friendly packing and shipping alternatives that assure safe transport of our products and allow for affordable shipping costs, but should we locate any in the future, we will take them into consideration.

Multiple Order Consolidation

Effective 11/23/2020, we regret that we can no longer accommodate requests to hold or combine orders for shipping purposes. This includes combining orders for the sake of reaching the $50 minimum for free shipping. That offer applies to single orders of $50 or more only.

If a customer places more than one order that will ship in the same shipping batch and we are able to combine both orders into a single package, we may do so at our discretion. In this case, we will issue a refund for any shipping charge overage, if applicable.

Incorrect Addresses

We ask that customers please verify that their shipping address is correct in PayPal before finalizing their order. We are not responsible for orders sent to inaccurate addresses. If your order goes through with an incorrect shipping address and you notify us of that immediately, we will do our best to correct the address when we process your shipping. However, because of the volume of orders we regularly process, we cannot guarantee that the change will definitely get made. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable due to our failure to change the address after being notified of the need to do so, we will re-ship it to the corrected address at no additional cost.

Delayed/Lost/Damaged Shipments

All shipments will have a tracking number that you will receive with your shipping notification. If you have lost your tracking number, we will do our best to provide it for you when requested.

Occasionally, the USPS mis-routes a package and it may take longer than expected to get to you, especially around busy holiday shipping seasons. Please allow three weeks (domestically) or six weeks (internationally) for your package to arrive before contacting us.

If you receive a shipment that has been damaged, and it was an insured shipment, you can file a claim through the USPS. See information here: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

In any event of receiving an item damaged in shipping, please contact us to let us know so that we might do what we can to work with you on the issue.
