–Dye-To-Order: Expanded Inversibles

We’re excited to announce a new member of the family — Expanded Inversibes! Expanded Inversibles come in the same familiar two 50-gram skein sets, but instead of the original two-stripe design, we’ve doubled the color fun for a four-stripe Inversibles experience!

Each Expanded Inversibles set includes two 50-gm skeins that feature two wide stripes and two wee stripes, with the colors and stripe sizes of each skein being the opposite or “inverse” of each other. See the images for White Stripes Vibes and Hibiscus Vibes as samples of how these sets work up when knit into 60-stitch socks.

Our Expanded Inversibles are currently available as dye-to-orders on the following bases:

Bounce – fingering weight, 80/20 SW Merino/Nylon, 200 yd/50-gm skein, 400 yd. total
Traveler – sport weight, 80/20 SW Merino/Nylon, 164 yd/50-gm skein, 328 yd. total
Strong DK – DK weight, 75/25 SW Merino/Nylon, 122 yd/50-gm skein, 244 yd. total

Optional 20-gram Mini Add On – You have the option of ordering an 80 yd/20-gram coordinating mini to go with your set. It will be dyed in the same base as the set that you’ve ordered. This mini will be one of the four colors from the set. If you have a color preference, please include a note with your order; otherwise, we will send a mini in the color of our choice.

Recommended care: Though these are superwash wools and can be machine washed, we recommend hand washing in cool water and then air dry flat.

All of our yarns and fibers are individually hand-dyed using professional grade acid dyes. Colorway names are consistent between yarns/fibers dyed with the same dye colors, however color can (and likely will) vary between skeins and between different bases.

We make every effort to assure the colors in our photos are as accurate as possible, but please note that colors can vary from monitor to monitor.
