For over a decade, customers have loved our original Inversibles. We’re excited to announce a new member of the family — Expanded Inversibes! Expanded Inversibles come in the familiar two 50-gram skein set, but instead of the original two-stripe design, we’ve doubled the color fun for a
four-stripe Inversibles experience!

Fade to Black Vibes is one of our Expanded Inversibles colorways. It was largely inspired by our love of black & white photography as well as the clean look of a black to white gradient. One 50-gm skein will feature wide stripes of Soft Black and Light Gray alternating with wee stripes of Medium Gray and Plain Vanilla. The other 50-gm skein will stripe in the opposite or “inverse” of that pattern. See the graphic inset in the first picture for an illustration of how this yarn set will stripe.

Fade to Black Vibes is currently available in a very limited quantity on our Bounce fingering weight base, 80/20 SW Merino/Nylon, 200 yd/50-gm skein, 400 yd. total. We hope to dye more of these in the future, but this is what we were able to have in stock at the moment.

A couple of “Oopsie!” sets are also available, in which a small amount of light gray dye bled into the Plain Vanilla stripe segment. Those sets are being discounted accordingly.

Recommended care: Though these are superwash wools and can be machine washed, we recommend hand washing in cool water and then air dry flat.

All of our yarns and fibers are individually hand-dyed using professional grade acid dyes. Colorway names are consistent between yarns/fibers dyed with the same dye colors, however color can (and likely will) vary between skeins and between different bases.
