Dye-to-Order: Mountain House Winter Self-Striping

Mountain House Winter is a perennial favorite from our Mountain House colorway collection! It features six wintry stripes celebrating the seasonal colors here at the mountain house and studio: white snow, red of the cardinals in the trees, green of our pines, brown logs of the house, gold of the fire in our fireplace, and pale gray from the smoke out the chimney. The second image shows how this colorway will stripe.

Recommended care: Though these are superwash wools and can be machine washed, we recommend hand washing in cool water and then air dry flat.

All of our yarns and fibers are individually hand-dyed using professional grade acid dyes. Colorway names are consistent between yarns/fibers dyed with the same dye colors, however color can (and likely will) vary between skeins and between different bases.

We make every effort to assure the colors in our photos are as accurate as possible, but please note that colors can vary from monitor to monitor.
