With snowladen skies, long shadows, and the sun setting too early, winter can seem really dark. But some days are different. The sky is clear and icy blue, sunlight filters gently through a frosty window, and snow twinkles like diamonds as it falls from the trees. On these days, winter can be quite soft and beautiful! Winter Light is colorway that is inspired by these muted scenes. It will be full of pale, soft colors, reflective of calm winter days. Exactly what it will look like, however, will remain a mystery until it shows up in your mailbox!

All orders for this colorway will come with an insert sharing the inspirations for the colors in the colorway.

Winter Light will be a five stripe colorway. Pre-orders will come with a coordinating bonus mini.

FIBER

Winter Light is available for pre-order in 4 oz. variegated braids featuring all five of the Winter Light palette colors. Braids are available in the following fibers:

Recommended care for yarn: Though these are superwash wools and can be machine washed, we recommend hand washing in cool water and then air dry flat.

Recommended care for fiber: Hand wash only in cool water and then air dry flat. These fibers will felt.

All of our yarns and fibers are individually hand-dyed using professional grade acid dyes. Colorway names are consistent between yarns/fibers dyed with the same dye colors, however color can (and likely will) vary between skeins and between different bases.

We make every effort to assure the colors in our photos are as accurate as possible, but please note that colors can vary from monitor to monitor.
