Cake Pops is a tasty two-stripe colorway debuted in the shop back in May 2016. It features a dark chocolate brown stripe that alternates with a white stripe full of bright, festive sprinkles–er, speckles! We’ve paired the self-striping skein with a bonus 20-gram mini in Chocolate Brown. Note that speckling is a random technique, and each skein can have a different look and intensity.
The second picture shows the Cake Pops set in Bounce and Bedazzled; the third picture shows a close up of the self-striping sample.
Cake Pops are available in stock on the following bases:
Bounce – fingering, 80/20 SW Merino/Nylon, 400 yd/100-gm skein; 80 yd/20-gm mini
Bedazzled – fingering, 75/20/5 SW Merino/Nylon/Silver Stellina, 438 yd/100-gm skein; 87 yd/20-gm mini
Recommended care: Though these are superwash wools and can be machine washed, we recommend hand washing in cool water and then air dry flat.
All of our yarns and fibers are individually hand-dyed using professional grade acid dyes. Colorway names are consistent between yarns/fibers dyed with the same dye colors, however color strengths can (and likely will) vary between skeins and between different bases.
We make every effort to assure the colors in our photos are as accurate as possible, but please note that colors can vary from monitor to monitor.
