My Funky Fringe-y Cowl is in testing and should be published by the end of September.
Sarah Jordan has published a new pattern, the Slipdash Hat, which goes with her Slipdash Cowl she published earlier this year. She used some FDW Bounce in the Seven Deadly Sins colorway for the sample. The pattern is available on Ravelry, Payhip, and Love Crafts. You can get $1.00 off the pattern price through Monday on Ravelry and Pay Hip using the code SLIPITGOOD.

57:10 – Shop News
I realized while editing this episode that I completely forgot to announce the August Monthly Makes winners! So sorry about that! I’ll do it in the second September episode though…promise!
This weekend should have been the NJ Sheep & Fiber Festival, but instead there will be a virtual market, which I’ll be participating in. I’m offering free shipping on all domestic orders this weekend – Sat. and Sun. – no minimum purchase and no coupon needed. Pop over to the shop to see what’s available!
I’m planning a shop update before the end of Sept. (date to be determined) that will have fall and Halloween colorways. There will be a new fall Pi colorway coming!
FDW is a Pro Shop sponsor for the Down Cellar Studio Pigskin Party again this year. The kick off for that will be the weekend of 9/26 & 27. I’m scheduled to do a “live” event on Sat., 9/26 at 11 a.m. eastern. Not sure if it will be on YouTube or IG yet, so stay tuned! I will also be offering an exclusive event colorway this year, which I’m still working on getting ready.
I shared that the Mountain Tweed minis I offer in the shop (both as singles and in the Mix & Match 5 minis for $20) are changing from the SW BFL/Nylon Nepp base they’ve been to a SW Merino/Nylon Nepp base. I’ve removed all of the BFL-base minis from the mini listings, replacing them with the Merino-based versions. The older tweed minis are now available in sets that I put together, available until they’re gone.
