Thanks for watching this week’s episode! I apologize in advance for the minimal show notes for this episode, mostly the lack of time stamps and links to projects/web pages. It’s already been two days since I recorded it, and I’m only finally getting it uploaded to YouTube now! If you have any questions about anything though, please feel free to ask in the comments and I’ll do my best to answer!
In case you haven’t notice, I’m also doing Vlogmas this month! Watch for daily (hopefully) short videos about what I’m up to, and then I’ll be recording my last regular 90% Knitting episode of 2020 by mid-month.
The sweater I am wearing is the Frances Revisited pullover by Beth Silverstein. Yarn was Nashua Wooly Stripes in the Tartan colorway.
Projects I showed:
First plain vanilla sock of my Sugarplummed colorway with afterthought heel in Merlot, Bounce base.
First plain vanilla shortie sock out of my Winter Comforts colorway, heel flap and gusset, Bedazzled base.
Continuing to work on my Weekender-ish pullover out of my combo spun yarn.
I talked about my Advent calendars/holiday countdown sets I have this year. Showed the first day’s progress on my fiber one.
Some 20 in 20 chatter and more of an idea of what next year will bring as far as group “alongs”
Holiday chatter, decorating, Vlogmas
Shop News –
I announced the November Monthly Makes chatter winner. If it was you, please email me at email@example.com or message me on Rav to let me know which prize you’d like!
There will be a shop update this Saturday, 12/5, at 10 a.m. eastern. It will include restocks of Sugarplummed and Cranberry/Forest Inversibles, two formerly exclusive colorways going into the shop for the first time – Winter Comforts and Gimme Some Sugar (Cookie!), as well as some Mountain House Winter. There will also be some of the new items I offered as Cyber Monday specials, including some small batch, non-repeatable colorways on Linnaeus and Megga, as well as some beautiful JUL shawl sticks and penannular brooches.
The last regular shop update of the year will be on Wed., 12/16. More on that in the next episode!
