What’s been going on here…transmission failures…high winds…big a** tree branches falling…all the things!
I close with an impromptu PSA about how I would like to help destigmatize going to therapy when you need to by sharing my recent decision to do just that. Taking care of our mental health is important, and no reason is “too small” or “too unimportant” to seek out a qualified, impartial human who can help you if you need it.
If you’re struggling in any way, please know there is help out there. I have a list of resources on my FDW blog from when I did a fundraiser during Suicide Prevention Month in 2024. Along with your own local or personal health care resources, these might be helpful starting points:
