So SOON?? I know! It’s only been a week and a half! LOL But indeed I’m back, we’re on the front porch, and there is a variety of chaos around the periphery…but would it be me if there wasn’t? Hmmm….

(I subbed 1/2 c sour cream mixed with 1/2 water for the evaporated milk; I also added shrimp sauteed with the garlic, and I used ravioli for the pasta, just because I had a bag in the fridge that I needed to use up!)
The YouTube channel I mentioned that hosted the live Zoom tour of the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam is @WashingtonDCHistoryCulture. They didn’t record this tour, but they do have other Van Gogh videos on their channel that are good too.
