Welcome to Episode 371…thanks for watching! You will still find show notes below with time stamps and links to project pages, patterns, and other things I’ve mentioned. I use non-Ravelry links when possible, but any link preceded by an asterisk means that it does go to Ravelry, so be aware of that if Rav is not an accessible place for you. All of my contact/website/social media info is listed at the end of the show notes!
Correction! I mentioned there will be another Self-Care Summer Zoom happening, but then I completely forgot to give the details! Argh. The Zoom is scheduled for Thursday, August 5, at 7 p.m. eastern. If you’d like to join in, please email me at [email protected] for the invite info!
(The book I mentioned at some point early in this episode is The Bears of Brooks Falls, by Michael Fitz. Highly recommend!)

Granny Stripes Cardi – Pattern: A Good Vintage Cardigan, by Fran Morgan. Yarn: Mountain Tweed BFL in Plain Vanilla and a collection of various minis. Switched to a C hook to get a bit smaller gauge then returned to a D hook, thus creating a bit of waist shaping.

33:06 – Shop News
I’m pushing back the next shop update to NEXT Sat., August 7, at 10 a.m. instead of this Sat.
There will be a small Grab Bag update THIS week though, on Friday, July 30, at 5 p.m. Lots of self-striping as well as some other goodies! Check the shop by Friday morning to see the options available. (Shop link below.)
Also, I announced my next yarn club! The “Encore!” Yarn & Fiber Club will consist of three shipments, each of which will be an “encore” round from three previous clubs I’ve done – Happy Hour, Tea for Two, and Just Desserts. Memberships will go into the shop on Monday, August 9, at 9 a.m. eastern and will be limited to around 30. The last club sold out within a day, so act fast if you’re interested! All details will be up in the shop as well as in the FDW blog and the Rav group soon.
39:37 – What’s bringing me joy this week!
